Technological strategies for the preparation of lipid nanoparticles: an updated review

چکیده
The concept of improving drug biopharmaceutical properties by proper selection delivery system should begin with a rational choice relevant dosage form, followed the precise assessment physicochemical compatibility between (DDS) and active pharmaceutical ingredient (API). Afterwards, according to laboratory availabilities, an efficient production method be selected and, if possible, take into account opportunity for lab-upscale prevailed industry research needs. Amid vast diversity nanostructured carriers, lipid nanoparticles (LNs) stand out their undeniable advantages like exceptive biocompatibility multiplicity, importance as “green” derivatives biochemical processes. Their distinctive structural also allow adequate protection loaded APIs against chemical degradation in aggressive biological environment provide excellent resiliency modifying release profiles. This review highlights different findings reported researchers worldwide over years focuses on various strategies techniques preparation LNs.
